When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped and processed within 2 business days of being received. Once it has been processed, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for it to be delivered.

Can I change my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

How do I return or exchange an item?

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

With the unfortunate situation of COVID-19, we have chosen to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY until further notice.  This will ensure we are protecting the health and safety of our team, family, and customers.

If an item is damaged, it is eligible for store credit only, within 7 days after delivery.  Item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently ship all items through United States Postal Service Priority and First Class.  For all orders shipped via First Class Package, the delivery time frame is 5-7 days from the date shipped.  For orders placed via Priority, time frame is 3-5 days from the date shipped. 

Do you offer pickup?

No, we do not offer a pickup option.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.  Please visit the shipping carrier's website to track your order.
